Oh what I wouldn't give to be nine again! This event brought me back to childhood. Growing up in the eighties neon was all the rage (yes, I just said that!). We went all out with polka dots, peace signs, hearts, initials & NEON! This was a purple velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and lots of cute details.
By far my favorite color frosting! So vibrant & stands out against the purple chocolate cake.
